Deleting your account will prevent you from accessing your order history, preferences, details of pending orders, exchanges, returns, refunds, coupons, or any benefits from loyalty programs. If there are any unresolved issues, such as grievances, claims, pending shipments, or other services, we may delay or refuse the account deletion request.

Please be aware that deleting your account is not retroactive and will be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy, related Terms of Use, and applicable laws. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to it. To access the Platform again, you will need to register as a new user.

We retain your personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws.
