Return Policy

At New Arrival Store, we offer the flexibility to return or exchange items for any reason within the specified return/exchange period, which can be found on the product details page. Returns will be collected from the same address where the product was originally delivered.

You are welcome to try the products, but please ensure they remain unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. If a Seal Tag is included with the product, it must remain attached and undamaged to facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Process

There are two options for returning the product:

1. Via Seller: In most cases, you can directly contact the seller with your order number and the platform name to arrange a free pickup. When submitting a return request, the pickup option will be provided.

2. Via New Arrival Store: If the seller is unresponsive, you can contact our support team and raise a ticket. Our team will coordinate the pickup of your return or exchange within 48-72 hours.

During the pickup, the delivery agent may conduct a quality check of the returned item. Upon a successful quality check, we will process a doorstep refund into the refund method you selected when initiating the return request. In some cases, depending on your location, the refund may only be initiated once the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check. If the product does not pass the quality check, it will be returned to you.

Exchange Process

If you opt for an exchange due to a size mismatch or defective item, we will provide a replacement free of charge, subject to stock availability and serviceability at your address. For an exchange, our delivery representative will deliver the new item while simultaneously collecting the original item. Exchanges are possible for the same or different sizes of the same product or other items of different value, provided the exchange period is valid.

Refunds

NewArrivalStore has a standard refund policy of processing refunds within 7 days of a claim, subject to a full case review and the resolution recommended by the NewArrivalStore support team.

Exceptions and Rules

The following exceptions apply to our returns and exchanges policy:

1. Certain items such as Swarovski, precious jewelry, Ray-Ban sunglasses, socks, briefs, shapewear bottoms, lingerie sets, swimwear, mittens, and wristbands cannot be exchanged or returned.

2. Items like fine jewelry, watches, and other select products can only be returned or exchanged within a limited number of days. Sherwanis, for instance, can only be exchanged, not returned. Check the product details page for specific timeframes.

3. Innerwear, sleepwear, and lingerie can only be returned via self-shipping. No pickup service is available, and these items cannot be exchanged.

4. All returned or exchanged items must be unused and in their original condition, with intact tags and packaging.

Exchange Policy Rules:

- Same Size/Different Size Exchange: Free replacement is provided for exchanges of the same or different sizes of the same style.

- Different Item Exchange: If exchanging for an item of different value, the price difference will either be charged or refunded after successful pickup of the original item.

- Refunds for exchanges are processed after the original item is picked up.

- Exchanges are allowed only in serviceable pin codes.

- Only one exchange is permitted per item. Multiple items can be exchanged by initiating separate requests.

- Non-returnable products cannot be exchanged.

- Platform Handling Fees do not apply to exchanged orders.

- New Arrival Store reserves the right to limit exchanges if misuse of the policy is detected.

Additional Guidelines:

- If you purchased an item with a free gift, the free product must also be returned when returning the main item.

- New Arrival Store is not liable for any products returned by mistake. In cases of incorrect returns, we are not responsible for returning the misplaced product.

- For self-shipped returns, pack the items securely to avoid damage during transit. Self-shipping costs will be reimbursed after validation, and only if the product passes the quality check at our warehouse.
